The Garage

Car enthusiasts do their own research through the forums, blogs, and magazines. Garage419 isn't here to be the source of car information like CNN is for current events. Debates, biased reviews, and straight forward interviews are just some of the things to expect on '419.

firstly i love what these guys do for a living, i'm looking into starting a company like that in the near future, so its good to know something like that does work and is as lucrative as i figured it'd be. i know they've been around for a while now, i mean i heard about them in 05, and i was like these guys kinda stole my idea but on the plus side i can {a} find out if this sort of thing CAN work and {b} my idea is a lil different although it boarders around the same principle so i'm glad to c that they're doing well. the SKR and the TKR, u guys touched on the main issues i have with cars like that, or more so what ppl have 2 say. i usually hear veyron killer and fastest street legal car in the world and so on, i'm pretty sure i've even said it on 419 before, bring me a car that does 254 mph with the Composure of a luxary car and i'll have no gripes about it, howeva cars that r built just to bet the veyrons top speed at the cost of comfort and style and so on cant be called veyron killers cuz they only "kill" the veyron in one area and i'm sorry to say thats not enough, so it was kinda nice that u guys sort of touched on that. oh and thanx for answering my questions on the leno episodes i figured that was prob y it was on FLD and i can wait till june.

Definitely one of my favorite episodes to date. Great job guys! Also I liked that the set (gothams warehouse) is a cool lounge kind of like the top gear set. Would love to see more episodes like this!

Matt I thought Spinelli was rubbing off on you after watching this week I was greatly disappointed. The Geekboys at Gotham are dumb shits you should be glad you got away from them when you did! The dumb statements made during this episode concerned the wood "SPLITTER". Since none of you guys read or understand materials dynamics, I'll point you to the De Havilland Mosquito & Hornet combat aircraft. Both were powered by Rolls Royce 1300hp+Merlin 16 cylinder super-charged engines which utilized 130 octane Av-gas. They were not the flying ember you and the geeks would think they were.

Do you think you might want to Mic all THREE people in an interview? What terrible production value... you don't even try at all...
  • Josh (guest) wrote in reply on May 1, 12:46 pm:
JR is just angry because he can't afford any of the cars in this episode.
  • Josh (guest) wrote in reply on May 1, 12:47 pm:
