Matt you rule! Keep up the good work.
aight so there are a couple of things wrong with the new knight rider show. Even after factoring in that i was like.... i dont know, 5 or 7 when i saw the orginal show and things seem much kooler and awesome then, lol. we're all much older and much wiser i'm sure. i mean i can deal with the whole product placement thing. if, like u guys were talking about, they didnt have things like a ford edge keeping with a KR, {the Majority of they're demographic for that show r car guys, who did they think they were gonna fool with that one??? or did they think we just wouldnt notice???}and this isnt a stock KR its KITT a car that can supposedly do ova 200mph and handles like crazy. pare it with a ford GT or something. the ford edge could keep witha stock mustang GT let alone a KR let alone if we're immersing ourself into the story and believing the car is really KITT, so that was LAME. also i figured they could take it some place kool with all the technology we've got these days making a car of the future look and seem real isnt that hard, but they half assed it. the CGI was average at best and that made things suck for me. if ur gonna do the CGI thing then go all out and make it look as real as it can, transformers style u know?? other wise lets stick to what works, and whats with the same shot of the same Winding road with different camera filters??? is their budget that low or is gas just too high??? maybe if i was 5 again i wouldnt have noticed and it woulda been kool. with all that sad i'm not writing the show off just yet cuz for me they did do one thing right.. the third paddle for when KiTT goes into manual mode, now that i didnt expect. i was wishing and hoping they'd do something about that and they did, so that was kool, i always hated the fact that KITT was an automatic although i understood y that had to be {its just much much eazier to control a real car by remote if its an automatic} but even still it took away kool points in my opinion. all in all new knight rider gets a 4 outta 10 we'll c if they can be bumped up somehow.
Top gear america, what can i say here that hasnt already been said??? nothing can replace that show. but if their gonna do it i think they sould get Matt to be a host.
Cannonball Challenge guy is a douch bag what a fucking dumb ass he's gaonna get erryone in the race arrested.
I would love to see what a "muscle car guy" has to say about the Tesla.
One thing that you failed to bring up was that the Viper's exhaust still sounds like a UPS truck. :D I must admit since my early years with car when the Viper was announced, it has always been one of my favorites because it's such a raw American beast. Its lack of refinement was always what made it so intriguing, and I'm sure makes it hard to compete with Corvettes and Euro/Jap cars these days.
Before anyone knocks on the Viper they ought to go to Viper Days or any Viper club track meet and you'll see the fans out there. They were mostly a bunch of grumpy old men, but they were pretty damn quick!
I imagine that Ford stepped up because there's no Trans Am anymore but either way, seems a bit of a large departure from the original.
Keep up the good work!
I like this show even more than FLD.
Now that I figured out how to use my Ipod, I love just listening (and watching) those interviews on the go.
The interviews are great, because I don't have to look at the screen, so I can play it over my car stereo.
Much better than most Podcasts I found so far.
Keep up the awesomely great work!!!
You're a great car guy's car guy!!! She also digs your MINI Cooper S. Show more of that car in your episodes..

As for the web site, he changed it after this bit ran and after a little sit down I had with the guy and Alex Roy.
Here is the thread Mr. Massie posted in an attempted spam on my board, you'll see what I mean:
